I know how effective a peltier can be and how dangerous using a peltier can be. I was wondering how many watts does an Athlon XP emit. Is there a way to measure it? It is recommended that you get a peltier that has a specification a little bit above what you actually need but if for example you have a 150 watt peltier and what you need is 60 watt its not going to perform any better than an 80 watt peltier. If I stack the peltiers, is there any sealing i need to do on the sides to prevent condensation or anything?
