i already devoured everything on the site, so i thought to do the forum now... i already mailed amd to find out if they were going to discontinue the mounting holes, a reply came with some sort of customer satisfaction form i had to fill in, basically no answer.

now i read the answer here yesterday. so i immediately mailed back to amd to give stature to my discontent (heh). this came back today, i sorta can't blame 'em.
