I would go with matching PS's for the pelt myself. Plenty of people run their pelts off computer PS's buit they also get just as good as results as strait water cooling, but you cannot get them to belive it. I think the Amp's is something that needs to be noted aswell(as I am sure you know). I heard once that 13-14volts was optimal for a 15V tec but I really don't know. My experience is very little with pelts. I never could get enough good results to bother with it. An extra 25-50mhz over strait water cooling just isn't worth it to me. Although I still want to try a chiller of some kind for the hot days of summer.
