A 150Qmax pelt will definately work better than a 80Qmax pelt. Qmax is measured at 0C difference between hot and cold sides. At deltaTmax there is a Q of 0. This shows that a larger pelt will will produce a larger temp difference for the same load.
AMD's site has spec sheets with the power usage of its CPUs.
Stacking pelts on an AMD is STRONGLY not recomended, they put out too much heat to be handled that way, putting them side by side is far more effective. Also AMD and Intel and several board manufacturers have concernse about large temp shifts affecting CPU life. ASUS or ABIT went so far as to dissable idle cooling(where the CPU turns off while not in use thing) to keep temps more stable on some of their boards.
