well, since you are watercooling a lot of stuff, and are cramped for space, you might want to consider using 3/8 inch ID tubing instead of 1/2 inch, as that will take up less space.

remove the lower hdd racks, and mount your hdd(s) in one of your 5 1/4 inch bays. put the core where the hdd racks are. consider 25mm thick fans instead of 38mm thick ones, and use a relatively shallow shroud. to save space, try to put the core between the bezel and the front of the chassis. you'll have to squeeze the pump behind the core.
really, the BI prime would be a better choice for this lol.
