I drilled out the rivets and removed the annoying plate so my PSU fan could point down to vent air out of the system from the bottom instead of the top. I bolted the PSU onto the back PSU plate and bolted the radiator onto the PSU and the PSU mounting plate. A very frustrating mod to have to do due to that annoying plate.
