I'm not sure if you can get it right from them (or if that would be the most affordable way to get it) but www.tygon.com has a bunch of info on tygon. They also carry all sorts of other tubing and fun stuff a creative water cooler may be able to use. :P

The Tygon Ultra-Soft Tubing has a shore rating of 40. Nifty.
