Good lord $700.00 US is a lot of money, however, I just sold some stereo equipment and my birthday is coming up in less than a week so I'll have an augmented cashflow for the time being.

Do you think laying down that kind of cash is really worth it? How much of an improvement would I see over watercooling? As it stands now, I'm either going to put together my own WC setup, or perhaps get a Vapochill. I don't think I'm up to the challenge of building my own phase change system.
