Update:

Got my shiny new XP1600+ today so I hooked it up and put this new block on there. I used clear epoxy to attach the top and seal the connectors. Looks decent. Had it running for an hour now with the XP1600@1524mhz 145FSB 2.0Vcore crunchig SETI. What are the temps you ask???

Well they are not to bad at all!! Room temp is 23C and CPU load temp is 36C. Not sure what water temp is just yet. Need to find the probe and hook it up. But 13C over room temp is waaaaay better than I hoped for this block being I didn't make it for performance. Not bad for 5/16" wide and deep channels.

Will take a pic of it later with it mounted and give water temp.
