the exact produt for the thing i called switch is a latching relay
the latching relay remains in a position until their is current to make it change.
so when relay 2 close and let current flow, the latching relay will let current flow to the pump. now even if relay 2 opens, the latching relay will stay closed and let current flow to the pump
relay 1 is set to open the latching relay. when relay 1 closes, the latching relay will change to open and no current flow to the pump. when relay 1 open, nothing happens.

this is a relay made exactly for what we want.
on other site i also found latching relay.
