I can touch all 4 sides of my blocks and they are cool, Just wondering where the point is that it starts becoming warm so I can use as little material as possible and still get decent performance.

The spiral I have planed will have a lot of extra space on the sides because of the circular pattern and only a 2" wide peice of metal. It will be very similar to the 1/4" Gemini Spiral size wise. I was thinking about doing just like they did with the mounting holes in the lexan top plate, but it will not be that much more to just use a regular size block and use it for the mounting holes aswell.

Fixitt sent me a kickass looking block design. I bet that would sell like mad if he ever made it!!!

Another question is the Center inlet really all that much better? I know the circular block I did it made a huge difference but I am not so shure about other blocks.
