I just brought my casetemp down to 19 degC (measured by KR7a temp sensor, which has absolutely no airflow areound it) with just a cardboard box and some ducttape.

here are the pics

before: just the ac vent, blowing straight up

after: duct bringing all the cold air in the case

UPDATE: It got down to 17 degrees.
