yeah, it would hinder the operation of the slide out tray, and you couldn't see the water block, but it would give you a huge area at the back of the case to mount the radiator and fan.
You could mount the power supply at the front of the case, have the psu inlet at the front of the case, and the exhaust fan and power cable at the back of the power supply.
