more like water preassure. I am willing to bet that the force of moving water, and air bubbles in the epoxy caused it. Also acrylic is extremly smooth. There was nothing for the epoxy to grab onto, and nothing keeping even preassure on the top. Notice it is leaking in the middle? Not where the mounting bolts are.
