I think Kevin is talking about this stuff...



The rectoseal stuff was recommended for sealing threads. It causes a mess like Kevin says but creates a reliable seal.


Is this what you're trying to make?



I used the plumbers goop (seen above) to seal the lexan to the junction box. I bought all this stuff at orchard supply.
