Default oc'd AGP and gf3 ti200

I am having an issue with my AOpen Geforce 3 ti200. When I push my FSB over 140mhz, the vid card runs very flakily(eg. DirectX crashes). However when I do the same thing with my old Radeon 64DDR it has absolutely no problem with the AGP bus being higher than normal(it was fine at the max I've seen AGP ever go at 112mhz). However, I am not sure what the AGP bus is running at on my mobo (asus p4s333) because I don't know if there's a 1/2 divider for the AGP.

Does anyone else have similar problems with their vid cards(ti200 or any) running high AGP bus speeds? If so, how can the problem be reduced or eliminated?
