No, it won't escape up the "T". I can assure you it's not because the system is leaking air in at some point, it simply can't get rid of the air bubbles as the rush of water is too strong in my 9 mm (ID) system. I've had the system running for three months at one time without altering it or opening it up, and I simply could not get rid of the bubbles (very small ones are always left).
I know there is nothing wrong with the pump, if I take the system out of the case and remove the bubbles by hand then I can get a really noise-less operation from the pump that lasts seemingly forever (tried for two weeks without air leaks). Unfortunately, putting the system back into the case after removing the bubbles is not easy without opening up the lines at some point because of the mounting of the radiator etc..
The "T" I'm using is the one DangerDen is selling as an accessory.
