Using anything other than water just does not makes sense for a "normal" water cooled system. The more you add to water you dilute the thermal properties. Anti freeze and water wetter liquids just are not needed. Water wetter is actually very acidic and can ruin many items not rated for it.

Water wetter is intended for the quarter mile racing systems that reach extreme temps and pressures.
