XP1600+@1575mhz 150FSB 2.05Vcore 1988 Ford Escort Heater Core W/AC 1 120mm Panaflow 83CFM Fan turned down to 9.5Volts at about 50CFM. 170GPH pump. Water temp averages 3C above room temp. Note system is NOT in a case.

Every system is going to be different so you really can't go by what others have.
