Major mods? I've recieved my Black Ice II today
, and a quick inspection of my case (a Addtronics miditower) shows plenty of room where the rad can be mounted without to much problems (Top, sidepanel, front).
The only extra work I have to do compared to the normal BlackIce is the creation of a one extra blowhole.
