Creatine works really well, and it doesn't mess you up (althought they're not COMPLETELY sure of all of its side effects). I'm a five minute walk away from an amazing, on campus gym so I started working out every day. Basically if you work out a lot, you might as well take cretine. My arms and chest have gotten a lot bigger. High quality shit for sure.
