i was like trying to order a CPU from them once, and the person on the phone was all retarded and stuff, i was like "i need to order a CPU" and they were all like "UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHH" so i pretty much hung up and ordered it from another place, CNETPC also doesn't ghave very good reseller ratings.
