I have sent countless e-mails regarding my RMA request to many different CNETPC e-mail address. I even received a reply once asking for my order number. I replied back, but that was to no avail. All of these e-mails and responses are saved. I have also tried many times to telephone CNETPC, but the phone rings constantly, regardless of whether I call during business hours or not. Please respond to avoid any future action.
