even that 5-sided piece of the duct was scored? yeah, weld-on is supposed to be the stuff to use;
pHaestus posted some links in his worklog today that have a couple of useful links to working with acrylic and polycarbonates. im planning on making a combination shroud / duct for my rig; i got myself a sheet of 1/8" thick lucite. hopefully it'll come out ok.
