I did something similar on my first water cooling setup and it did draw warm air in from the PS so I had to change things around. When I moved everything into a PC70, I modded it so I could mount the power supply right side up in the lower position. A Black Ice Extreme is mounted above the power supply and is ducted to ambient air through the side of case. A 120mm 86CFM Panaflo draws air through the radiator and blows out. I made the duct to case side out of thin plexi.
I had to remove the power supply support and cut out a hole in the panel so it wouldn't block the second exhaust fan on my power supply. I also had to make a new rear plate too as the one supplied will only allow you to reverse it and mount the power supply at the top.

I have warm running SCSI drives so thats why I went to ambient air for the radiator rather than draw warm air from inside of case. I also wanted a laser lighted clear plexi reservoir to give me a light show through a 120mm blowhole from the top center of case. Some folks mount the radiator and fan in that location.
I'm not finished yet, but am pretty close.
