its not the caps making the heat... its the mosfets making the heat... the mosfets are actually using the mobo as a heatsink.. and that goes right into your caps.. or anything else close by.

i would say putting small heatsinks on the mosfets (even though the wrong side is showing.. along with a small fan if that doesnt help out.

a real easy way to cool that spot down is with Idling software.. if your cpu isnt running, then the mosfets dont need to supply power, and therefore you make everything happy =)
