are Eheim pumps submersible and small? Those two are a must, as there will be no room for nothing else.

Yes, Windsheild cleaner usualy does have bubbles in it, but you can get it without it, I think. I don't think that soap is a good heat conductor, and I don't think the pump(s) would like it LOL
