Or should i better get regular radiator ( the zig zag one, with one tube running back and forth) and place it in front too.
man, a typical 6" x 6" heater core (or Black Ice Extreme) will run circles around those serpentine radiators (the ones with 1 tube running back and forth). those radiators also butcher your flow rate as well. heater cores use multiple parrallel tubes so they are much more efficient, as have very little flow restriction.
