I get this white slim after about 3 weeks with any of my systems. The water will be fine untill it is circulated, then the white crap starts to build. I also think the extra few C of heat help it grow faster. I am certain it is growth of somekind. I never used a maze 2 and it happens regularly with my copper and AL blocks. I did run some water through a filter once and it helped, but still in time it happened. My next systems will run watter wetter or equvelent and I will see if it stops. I never worried about it before because my systems come apart every weekend, but who knows how much of this crap is stuck in the rads. Going to run windsheild washer fliud through the rads being it is only 84cents a gallon. Hell I may even use it for the coolant.
