eh, the air-trap can go anywhere. as long as the air bubbles are small, the flow will carry them into the air-trap, no matter where it is. if i was going to mount the rad @ the top of the case, id rotate it around just to make sure no air was in it. (lol, actually, id rotate all the components to make sure there was no air in them, and let the air-trap catch anything i missed)
