Installing Dangerden "Maze2" blocks with spring hold-downs?
Looking for someone with prior experience who is willing to share tips about their "technique" for installing the Dangerden "Maze2" block with its four-post and spring hold-downs:
on an Athlon T-bird? Mostly the question boils down to "how tight is tight enough"??
For an Athlon T-bird with the four rubber pads around the core:
For the CPU I have, the pads are higher and thicker than the core, should one take the rubber pads off, or leave the pads on and just use more spring force to compress them down to bring the block in contact with the core?
What's the best way to judge how tight to crank the springs down??
