A 6x6x2 heater core handles extreme loads if you need it to. My small 100x150x20 mm "low pressure drop" radiator that I got from DangerDen can handle 100W, without temperatures getting out of hand - with only a 35 cfm (92 mm) fan. I'm sure if I put a 60+ cfm fan on it (120 mm) I could probably get away with 100+ W but that is kind of besides the point, I'm watercooling for the noiseless operation.
