Epoxy, and especially super glue are brittle glues, one sharp twist should bust your impeller free of the glue. That's what I did with my epoxied one. Heck, if your suck with having to buy a new one anyways, it's worth a shot. Especially was in my case as my pump wouldn't pump at all. Tho I didn't try 16 times.
