I got some Tygon, also, the 1/2 - 5/8OD (grr, thin walls). The problems I'm having with it is that the memory isn't that good. After sitting on the barbs for a while, the ends enlarge and won't shrink back, so little leaks appear if the tubing is re-fit on the barbs (using hose clamps, too). Would thicker walls help this? I've been thinking of just going back to 3/8 - 5/8OD silicone because it can stretch back to it's original shape (well, it has some memory, but not like what I've seen with tygon).
