Need help building a HSF/Waterblock testbed

Hello,

I am currently building a heatsink/waterblock testbed. I was going to use some wirewound resistors as a srouce of heat, but I faced some problems that prevented this solution. Instead, I will use an 80w TEC, with the hot side sending heat to whatever I'm testing. Anyway, the TEC is on the way to me, and I also got some teflon for insulation, but the problem remains with a vital component, the core. I was hoping that one of the shops here would be able to help me with what I want, but none do what I have in mind. I wanted to make a small core, about the size of an AthlonXP's core. That'd be about 10x13mmx5mm. I was planning on drilling a side hole, about 3mm in diameter, for mounting a thermal sensor. As I said, none of the shops here can do that. I was wondering if anybody here would be kind enough to help me with this for free. Since a lot of you build their own water blocks, I hope that someone has a small piece of copper that he can cut for me. I would greatly appreciate that. I would have paid money in return, but I have no paypal account (I live out side the US). The best thing I can do is give the person some credit in the article I'll write once I build my tested and post it on the web site I work for.

Can anybody help me out with this? Once you're done just throw it in an envelope and send it my way. I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for your time
