Yeah, 2000 gigs for FAT32 and 4000 gigs for NTFS are the limits I believe.

If you want to use FAT32, you can use FDISK and Format. The sizes won't show up right. I believe that the programs wig out a bit over 64 gigs. They still work, they just don't show the full capacity. What you do is run FDISK, choose option 1, then choose option 1 again (use maximum available size and make it active). Prepare to be waiting a LONG time to format though. I think a 40 gig drive takes 20-30 minutes from experience, so figure about 6 times that or 2-3 hours.

If you're using XP and NTFS, you could use the quick format option and format it in about 20-30 seconds.
