Don't knock choice, I don't use Intel, but they designed a lot of the things AMD copied. Without Intel selling there overpriced chips to the masses, you're Athlon wouldn't be so cheap.
Hey, if everybody ran custom made computers do you know how many calls you'd be getting for "HELP". Let all my friends and family call Dell. They want advice, I say ask the guy on the 1-800 number. Some people scrutinize ever piece in there muscle car, other people want a reliable import to get to work, and never even lift the hood.
