I have one of those "puppies", directly ordered from Swissflow.
Not cheap, 114 Euro with taxes and shipment to Belgium (about 125$).

The outer diameter of the connections (threaded part) is about 16mm, inner diameter is 10mm.
Can be connected directly to a mobo fan connector. (output is pulsed, 50 to 2000Hz for 0.5 to 20 liter/minute)

These are some specs from the Swissflow site (http://www.swissflow.com):
