yup. yeah, I had that great big HC and a 172mm comair occupying the lower front of my case. I had to move my HDs and my PSU around so things would fit. the pump was taking up my last two CDROM bays, and I got a DVD burner so I needed to free one of them up. My rheostats, etc, fill the last bay. 
So, in the top part of my case, I had two HDs, a floppy, 2 CDROMs, a Platinum drive, and my rheos, and all the wires that went with them... and suspended in the middle of those wires was my resevoir/air trap. talk about cramped!
