I just soldered about 12 inches of an exstension cord to the "live" and "neutrel" wire's coming from the psu's, p.c.b.,i added in a toggle switch to the "live" side,which now acts like a master power switch.I have to turn on the toggle switch before the psu will power up.
I plugged the waterpump into the ex. cord and it starts every time the psu is powereded up.i soldered it wrong the first time and it was always on,thus the toggle switch.i dont know if this helps at all but it can be done!
