Hey folks. Just wanted to give you all an update.

I got the new mounting hardware. Remounted and even reworked hoses. Using a shim now too. I realized my wb wasn't down nearly as far as it should be before, and it's definitely as far down as it will go now. With an ambient temp of 28C, I'm at 48C idle. Definitely an improvement. When should temps stabilize? I'm thinking it should be going lower (I have had it running for 2 hrs now).
