Not wanting to rain on the parade guys , BUT:
Just trying to pass on a little bit of help to a fellow Block maker.
You WILL have problems with the caps unless you change to Button-capped screws.
The problems come from the expansion differences, the caps need to "float" onto of the 'O'ring. This means the mounting holes must be oversized and the bolts not countersunk.
I had our Neptune blocks in 3 designs stages for the last 5months (R&D) and I have seen some strange stuff happen.
( also be wary of radial loads on the Taper threads, customers have this habit of wanting to get the old spanner on them to tighten them up
