I've seen it done a while back on an old Celeron. I dunno. If you aren't going to be blowing air through a fan, then a heatercore design probably isn't the best. Your best bet for running a system without fans is to have a lot of copper tubing mounted externally where the heat can naturally (albeit slowly) dissipate into the air. Put a radiator there someplace just in case that may help. Also, the bigger your reservoir, the better.
