I hope your right. We turned the adj dial up all the way and turned it on w/o a pump and it reached temp within a few seconds. We bypased the dial and in less then 60 sec the water inside froze up. Even w/ the water pumping and a load on it I think it will still do well because it will be recirculating w/o a res.
