This is the best 12volt pump I have gotten my hands on in the last couple of months since I start water cooling. My current system uses a rule live well pump that is loud and adds heat to the water. I got this one from ITT Jabsco today here are the specs.

12volt
Magnetic drive coupling
15 lpm / 3 gpm @ 1.2 meters/4 foot head
4 gmp @ 1.7 psi
pumps water at 100 C / 210 F
Current draw 1.2amps full load
Continuously rated
Dim 5 1/2in X 2 1/2in
(This thing is small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. Wish my camara was working so I can show you a pic of it in my hand.)

I pluged it into a power supply and it didn't make a sound while running in my hand. I set it on top of my case and it's still very quiet.
