the quietest would be a bong with as big an ehime as you can afford and whatever block you like best....but the bong filling etc will kill you over time.

so probably something along the lines of a good heater core would make more sence.

my leviathan was able to cool the T-bird at 1.4G with NO fans, with the radiator outside the box on a milk crate. Just convective air flow was able to keep it cool enough, just don't expect super low temps that way.
