I've also got a PC60 and thinking about going H20. After upgrading all my fans and drilling a blowhole and adding second rear fan... I'm tired of the noise. Initial step is to replace all the fans with Vantec Stealths... 27CFM/21DBA. After that I'll work on my H20 plans.

I don't have a ruler handy, but is it possible to remove the rear 80MM fan and mount the radiator and 120MM on the back with some brackets where the 80MM fan is if there isn't enough space to drill? That way it's pulling some air out and exhausting the warm air behind the case.

I've got an Exermax dually and 92MM blowhole to exhaust some of the warmer air, so it seems that might work.

Regarding the hard drives... if you mount 2 of the drives in the 3.5" cage and get a 5.25" mounting bracket for the 3rd drive... that takes care of space in the lower area. The blowhole should exhaust a fair amount of warm air from the drives and pull cool air up from the front 2 80MM fans.

I'm tossing around the idea of either Maze3, DD chipset block, DD reservoir, Eheim 1048, BI Xtreme, 55CFM Papst, etc...

or

Innovatek block, chipset, 1048 & aluminum reservoir, BI Xtreme, 55CFM Papst, etc... and a Koolance HD cooling kit (fittings are 5/16 ID, so should work fine with 1/4" tubing).

Any other opinions?
