Facts: just every aquarium owner knows about Eheim. Yes they're overpriced but they know they're the best in the business.
Prestige: the price reflects it..
Reliability - unmatched
Performance - one of the best. Dont look at GPH (there was a thread in this forum i think about this) the real performance of a pump is under load. Eheims manage high loads with no problem where other pumps (like Danners) will crumble and produce no flow. Again this is based on the experience of several users who compared an Eheim vs another pump under the same conditions.
At first i was reluctant to buying one but i must admit they rock.
