i have one i theres now way that this thing is cast...the same milling perfections come fomr the cutter breaking into a slot and pulling either the endmill over or the milling table over(depending on how heavy of a milling machine it is)..if it were cast there is no way to get that kinda finish on the bottom and u can see the burr's on the inside......that baby has been machined and sand blasted.....i remachined the out sides of my maze3 and its nothing but a solid peice of material

and by the way i have 25 years of machining all kinds of material
