definately milled, I have at least 5 seperate burrs in mine, 3 which are quite large and looks like a few millimeeter hair hanging straight off, and 2 of them are curled just like a mill imperfection is. There is no possible way it could have been casted, also on mine, only the top is sandblasted and you can see the grain of the copper or whatever it is in the side, it's plainly obvious that it's a hunk of copper milled.
